Tabs of a Sales Order

Each Form Tab displays different information about each sales order and the selected debtor.  The header window of a sales order, detailing debtor and order number details remains constant regardless of the Form Tab selected for entry or display.

The different status on a sales order are:

• Processed - back orders exist for the sales order and it has been processed
• Closed - the form is complete
• Emailed - email log of reports emailed by who and when
• Printed - printed log of reports printed by who and when

The different Form Tabs are used for:

• Main - main data entry screen - details stock items, prices,  tax and value of the snapshot currently selected for the sales order
• Delivery - delivery address and courier details for each snapshot of the order
• Cash Sales - the name and address of the debtor for cash sales.  These details are not mandatory for recording a cash sale however they are handy for debtor  tracking
• Totals - a snapshot history of the sales order that displays total dollar value of each snapshot and any cash or credit card payments made with the order
• Payments - credit card and other types of payments per snapshot
• Debtors - current gross account details for the debtor - credit limit, current amount owing, value of the snapshot of the order and value of stock on back order
• Custom - custom fields per sales order and per snapshot history
• Notes - notes that can be attached to a sales order to record anything specific on that order
• To Do - tasks associated with the sales order
• Documents - facilitates documents being attached that can then be viewed or sent as an attachment
• EDI - facilitates updating and despatch of goods using third party applications and Jiwa Export sales order functionality
• Freight - information when using Freight Forwarders
• Split Orders - details of orders where stock has been moved from the current order to another order(s)
