Entering Data
Entering data into Jiwa is not complicated. It is important to enter data the correct way to avoid any data related issues later down the track and knowing how to get data in makes it easier for you to get your work done. This topic provides the user with tips and hints to get started.
- Main Menu - access to the forms, various functions and reports
- Using the Ribbon - icons that provide access to various functions in a form
- Getting around - how to move between forms, Tabs and fields in a form
- Editing keys - how to change data that's been entered
- Changing dates - there are various places that you will need to change dates e.g. in the header of forms, in the grid lines of various forms and in reports
- Dollar values - entering in currency amounts
- Search windows and list boxes - how to access and select data that needs to be selected
