Defining the forms

There are two forms used by the Landed Cost module -:

Shipment - attach purchase orders, record and allocate costs and invoice these costs and invoice the inventory creditor. Also used to record and invoice Deferred GST on the VOTI tab
Book-In - form to receive in stock against a committed Shipment
