CREDITOR MAINTENANCE - HEADER
The creditor's record must be created before any transactions
can be captured for the creditor. The
header window of the creditors form remains constant regardless of the
Form Tab selected.
The different Form Tabs display the following information:
- Main - records
the contact and group details for a creditor.
- Financials - records and displays
current financial details together with banking information, line of credit
and General Ledger information.
- Address - Multiple warehouse records
can be entered - records mailing and
warehouse address details for the client.
- Transactions - contains
the transaction history with the supplier - purchase and creditor invoices
raised, journal adjustments and payments made.
- Credit - records the credit limit, terms and order settings.
- Notes- records readily accessed
information about the customer e.g. payment commitments made, difficulties
with supply.
- To-Do - lists and records the To-Do tasks
- Activities - displays all orders placed and the details of stock currently outstanding on back orders from
this supplier. This screen is updated when Committing the Purchases
Order and Activating Purchase Invoices .
- Other - documents are attached
and custom fields can be added.
