Committed and Received Against

New lines cannot be added to a purchase order in this state. Reducing ordered quantities will automatically adjust the quantity to the amount already received in if you enter in an amount less that received.

Steps

1.	Purchasing Purchase Orders (Normal or Back to Back)
2.	Select the purchase order to change from the search window
3.	Change prices and delivery dates as required. Increase or reduce quantities
4.	Repeat as needed
5.	Save the changes
