Configuration

Covers all the initial set-up that is required before any debtor accounts can be created.

Classifications - used to control postings to the General Ledger and can be used for customer pricing
Groups - can be used to limit statement runs and access to customer records
Contact Positions - facilitates mail-outs and customised email groups
Payment Types - grouping of receipt and payment types.
Document Types - categorise files attached to debtor records
Back Order Priority Maintenance - ability to control allocations of back orders by customisation
Note Types - group ongoing communications with customers
To-Do Types - group customer tasks
Debtor Pricing Groups - option for setting customer pricing
