Categories can be attached to customer records to provide additional criteria for custom reporting and searching purposes. The fields are optional and can hidden in the debtor record..
1. | Debtors Configuration Categories and select the relevant tab |

2. | Click in the Description field on a new line and type in the new description |
3. | Repeat as needed and save changes to complete creating Categories |
Use the Waste Bin to delete a Category. If it is being used by a debtor record then a message with display letting you know it can't be deleted.
