Categories

Categories can be attached to customer records to provide additional criteria for custom reporting and searching purposes. The fields are optional and can hidden in the debtor record..

1. Debtors Configuration Categories and select the relevant tab
2. Click in the Description field on a new line and type in the new description
3. Repeat as needed and save changes to complete creating Categories

Use the Waste Bin to delete a Category. If it is being used by a debtor record then a message with display letting you know it can't be deleted.
