StepsAccount numbers can only be deleted when there are NO journal transactions recorded for the account. A message appears when attempting to delete a record with transactions:
“Journal transactions exist. Cannot delete”
Where a Parent/Child relationship exists, the Child accounts must be deleted before the parent(s). Attempting to delete the Parent, will result in a message:
“Child accounts exist. Cannot delete”

| 2. | Select account to delete from search window |
| 3. | Delete the record |
| 4. | Yes - to confirm the deletion No - to cancel the deletion |
