You can search for any record that is stored in a JIWA 7 database using the powerful Search form. You can locate where part numbers have been sold, bought or transferred. You can search for any transaction e.g. purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales order. You can review debtor or creditor records and filter forms those record mays appear on. Locate what you're after and then drill to load the record.
When reviewing journals that have been posted to the General Ledger, the search filter in the General Journals search window is a powerful tool for finding these journals.
