Customising forms

Every form and every tab in a form has the ability for the columns and layout of the columns to be controlled by the user.

The purpose of the control is to add flexibility to the forms and include the option tos:

sort columns in ascending or descending sequence
manage columns (hide / un-hide) columns, change the order of the columns, alter the column width and modify the names of the column headings
show where drill down is available by changing the cursor to a ‘hand’
resize the screen and store the details in the user profile

Forms where there are multiple tabs also has the ability to be customised. Tabs can be moved left or right, hidden and tab names changed to suite.

Use Custom Columns - is set per form per tab - i.e. some forms you may want to customise extensively, other work as they are
Use Custom Tabs - set per form to manage the display of the tabs
