To-Do's

The To Do system is available for the following modules and will be implemented in the other forms as those forms are re-written:

• Cash Book - Receipts and Payments on the To-Do tab
• Contacts – on the To-Do tab
• Creditors - on the To-Do tab
• Debtors – on the To-Do tab
• Inventory – on the Other, To-Do tab
• Job Costing - on the To-Do tab
• Purchase Orders – on the To-Do tab
• Quoting – on the To-Do tab
• Sales Orders – on the To-Do tab
• Service Manager - on the To-Do tab

Tasks can be created for the user, assigned to another user and dependencies and collaborations (multiple users working on one task) created. The assigner can be notified when the task is completed. A list of To-Do’s can be viewed at any time with different filters selected to view relevant tasks. A list of each users To-Do's can be displayed as the users logs in by enabling the Plugin 'Load the To-Do List on login'

The steps to implement the To-Do's system are:

• Review the system settings
• Add or edit statuses as required
• Edit the configuration file and start the notification service
• Setup the To-Do Types for each module that will be using To-Do's
• Create and view new To-Do's
