Ledger Report Codes

The balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports require report codes to be associated with relevant categories in the General Ledger to enable accurate reporting information. Not all categories need to be used for your organisation, however should additional headings be required or any of the report codes changed, the associated reports will also need editing

Report Codes are maintained in the General Ledger, Maintain Categories screen.

010	B/S - Current Assets
028	B/S - Non Current Assets
030	B/S - Current Liabilities
040	B/S - Non Current Liabilities
050	B/S - Capital

110	P&L - Sales
120	P&L - Purchases
130	P&L - Expenses
130	P&L - Suspense
140	P&L - Other Expenses
150	P&L - Other Income
