Additional costs can only we entered when an In Transit warehouse is being used to facilitate the transfer to the destination warehouse. The description for the cost types and thee linking to the General Ledger is set in System Maintenance > Warehouse Transfer. Ledger account details can also be changed in the form

Type in amounts against each Cost field |

Change Ledger1, Ledger2 and Ledger3 in each line from the search window attached to each field if required
