Quick Steps
Following are the steps required to create new customer accounts
using the data entry screens. The minimum required is name and account number.
- Create
a new debtor record
- Type
in account name and contact numbers. Select classification, groups
and staff member details.
Enter in debtor contacts
- Add
financial details and change ledger account settings if necessary
- Enter
in mailing and delivery addresses
- Set
up credit limits and credit status for the debtor
- Determine
and type in budgets if appropriate
- Save
the debtor record
