Inventory Back Orders

The stored procedure that controls the details displayed on this tab is attached to the Inventory system maintenance key StoredProcForInventoryOnBackOrderGrid.  

Unless the Inventory setting ShowBackOrdersForUnprocessedSalesOrders is ticked, back orders records are displayed on this tab as follows :

• Active orders - when the sales order is saved, any status
• All other sales order types -   when the sales order has been processed (unless setting is ticked to display back orders on unprocessed sales orders)
