reduce deliveries utility

This utility is used to decrease deliveries on a sales order for any unprocessed snapshot, including snapshot 1. The only criteria is that the sales order snapshot be unprocessed and the sales order exist in the selected warehouse. Relevant fields are:

Qty Delivered - stock currently allocated to the sales order
New Qty - defaults to the Qty Delivered. A value greater than Qty Delivered is set back to zero
Required Quantity - the back order quantity that will be created when the form is Processed. Cannot be more than Qty Delivered

Clicking Process updates the sales orders as required. The sales order field History is updated with the details of the deliveries reduced.

Steps

1.	Sales Order Entry Sales Order Utilities Reduce Deliveries
2.	Select relevant criteria
3.	Click Go and the records that meet the criteria are loaded into the grid
4.	Make relevant adjustments
5.	Click Process
6.	Grid is cleared when process has completed
7.	Repeat steps 2 to 5 if required or click Close to close the form
