Standard Email Text

Standard email text can be setup by using Manage Breakouts in the sales order form.

 Steps

1.

Sales Orders  Sales Order Entry  Record  Utilities  Manage Breakouts

2.

Code to be added to the Form Email Invoice Clicked breakout point e.g.

Subject = "Invoice for goods supplied"

Message = "Attached is your invoice for your recent order." & vbcrlf & vbcrlf & "Thank you"

End Sub

The code  & vbcrlf adds a carriage return
