The ability of users to be able to over-ride prices on a sales order can be controlled either:

• globally via an Invoicing system setting AllowPriceOverride; or
• at the inventory item level with the tick box Allow Price Overrides
  

Not allowing users to sell items to be sold below minimum GP% is controlled by a setting in Users Settings tab of Staff Maintenance

The setting is only invoked when the price is changed on the screen

Options for this setting are:

• Not Enforced - Default setting
• Warning Only
• Enforced

Whether an additional discount is applied to the price set in a sales order is determined by

• DontApplyDebtorDiscounts - Invoicing system setting  

The discount is setup in the Debtor record > Financial >General tab
