Changing serial numbers

Once serial numbers have been allocated to a sales order, the selection can be changed under the following circumstances:

Remove serial numbers not required by:

double click left mouse button over each serial number to be removed; OR
select the serial number from the Used box and click Remove Selected; OR
for multiple selections, hold down the Ctrl key and click to select more than one and click Remove Selected; OR
click the Removed All button to remove all

Steps

1.	Load serial number dialog box by over-typing Quantity Ordered; or double-clicking data in Serial Number field
2.	Remove serial numbers not required (detailed above)
3.	Select replacement serial numbers
4.	Click Use Inventory to execute dialog box
5.	Save sales order
