StepsA journal template can be deleted at any time provided it has not been used in the Automatic Journals process. Attempting to delete in this case displays an error message.
Steps
| 1. | General
Ledger  Journal Transactions Journal Sets
|
| 2. | Select template to delete from search window - set your Filter to Templates for quick access |
| 3. | Press the Delete icon in the ribbon/toolbar. A message appears: ‘Are you sure you want to delete this item?’ |
| 4. | Yes - to delete the record.
The journal number no longer appears in the search window. No - to cancel the operation |
