Changing a template

A template journal can be edited at any time after saving. Description details and repeating information can be changed and account lines edited, added or deleted.

Steps

1.	General Ledger Journal Transactions Journals Sets. The screen opens at the last journal entry
2.	Select the journal set to change from the search window - set your Filter to Templates for quick access
3.	Change the details as required - edit or delete existing lines, add new lines
4.	Save the changes. The user name is updated as the record is saved
