bas code changes

BAS codes can be edited on a posted journal where

• System Setting - Ledger - AllowBasCodeChange = ticked
• The ledger period the journal is posted to is not globally locked

Steps

1.	General Ledger Journals Transactions Journal Sets
2.	Select the journal to change from the search window
3.	Change the BAS code details as required from the drop down list box
4.	Save changes. The user name is updated as the record is saved
