Email Template Configuration

Email templates are created and used in batch emailing in Sales Orders Batch Printing form only. Email Templates have been implemented to be used in conjunction with this form as well as the ability to create pre-defined settings. Tokens have been implemented in the Email Template Configuration to facilitate the creation process.

Steps

1. Setup access permissions for the various Roles to the following forms:
 
  • Sales Orders
  • Invoice Batch Printing
  • System - Email Template Configuration
2. Sales Order Entry Processing Batch Printing/Emailing Configuration Email Templates
3. Click New Record icon.
4. Type in a template name.
5. Click relevant fields and select the appropriate Token - e.g. From = Logged in User Email Address
6.

Repeat for other fields.

7. Type in relevant text in the Body of the email with appropriate Tokens.
8. Save.
9. Repeat as needed.
