Non Inventory Items

Jiwa provides the option of being able to enter order lines for non inventory items. The system setting AllowNonInventoryItems in Invoicing must be enabled to allow non inventory items to be entered on Sales Orders.

Non inventory item details can be entered from scratch or based on an inventory item and specific details edited as required. Clicking the line number icon loads a short menu and clicking Insert Non-Inventory Item loads the non inventory item dialog box for data entry. Costs entered into the form are not posted through to the General Ledger however they are included in sales reports.
