QO_Main stores the header details for each quote. The table QO_History is updated with the snapshot version total of the quote and delivery address details. QO_Lines records specific details about each line on that version of the quote including part number and quantities. QO_LineExtra maintains the details of non-inventory items recorded on the quote while QO_CashSale records data entered into the Cash form tab of the quote. When a quote is converted into a sales order, the linking between the two forms is recorded in QO_SOLink.
