The table HR_Staff maintains the user details for the system, including encrypted passwords. Many modules of the system use the information in this table – eg debtors, creditors and contacts to record staff member and group linking, data entry forms to record the user details etc. HR_StaffAccess details each user’s permissions to the various forms in the system.
