The header details for the contacts system are stored in CN_Main together with the linkings to debtor and creditor records. CN_Contact maintains the contact details and CN_ContactPosition the job and title descriptions for the contacts. CN_Group stores the description details that are used by debtors, creditors and contacts and CN_GroupLink maintains the linking between the group details and staff member details that are stored in HR_Staff. CN_Notes stores note details entered in the Notes form tab of debtor, creditor and contact records.
