Templates can be created to set-up standard Cost Centres & Stages and budgets. The template can then be used when creating new jobs.
Steps
| 1. | Job Costing  Configuration Templates

| 2. | Create a new template |
| 3. | Type in template Job Description. Select and enter other details as required |
| 4. | Use ‘drag and drop' to select Cost Centres and Stages by dragging from the right section of the screen |
| 5. | Type in Budget information as required |
| 6. | Save the Template |
