Group, Status & Priorities

The data recorded for Group, Status and Priorities can be attached to each job and can be used in various reporting functions. Groups are also used in Staff and Resource setup.

Steps

1. Job Costing Configuration Groups (Statuses or Priorities)
2. Type in the Name and Description
3. Repeat for as many records as needed
4. Ensure Enabled is ticked and select a Default
5. Save changes

Trying to delete a Group, Status or Priority that has been used warns the record is in use and deletion is prevented
