Warehouse	Selected from the search window and cannot be changed once the form is saved
Workflow	Select from drop down list box
Received on	Not applicable to warehouse purchase orders
Order Date	Date the form is created and can be edited. This is the date that is used when posting to ledger on commitment of the form
Last Modified	System updated
From	Populated with logged in users first name. Can be edited
Attention	Type in relevant name if required
Contact By	Type in relevant method if required
Warehouse	Warehouse on which the purchase order is being raised
Use In Transit	Tick box to select warehouse if required
