Order

This tab contains the display for many aspects of an inventory item - from outstanding purchase orders to back orders and a complete history of all inventory movements. The display in the tabs is controlled by stored procedures which can be modified to suite and the new name linked in the System Maintenance form under Inventory. The cell descriptions are self explanatory.

On Order - displays purchase orders with a filter to show Outstanding orders only
On Back Order - displays all current back orders and the source of the back order e.g. sales orders, Manufacturing Requisitions etc.
On Unprocessed Sales Orders - stock allocated to sales orders not yet processed
On Forward Order - future dated sales orders of the type Forward Order
On Ship Complete - stock allocated to Ship Complete sales orders that still have back orders outstanding
On WIP - activated manufacturing requisitions where the field Build Bill is set to Alloc to WIP
On O/S MR - Bill Maintenance inventory items that are in the process of being built
Transaction History - view all inwards and outwards movements for the item by range
