The tab displays a range of various information:

Alternate Children - replacement or alternation options for the current record
Alternate Parents - lists part numbers the current part number has superceded
Components - list of part numbers for a'kitted' item
Debtor Part Numbers - part numbers allocated by your customers
Upsell Products - part numbers and quantities that can be sold as add on's
Bill Parents - list of Bill of Materials parent records that this inventory item is used in
