GROUPS

Group descriptions for Creditors, Debtors and Contacts are established to enable analysis and detailed reporting on purchases and aged accounts as well as managing the printing and emailing of statements and remittances.  The group is added to the Creditors Maintenance record on the Groups tab. Refer to Defining the Form - Main tab for more details on adding the Group to a Creditor

Steps

1. Creditor Configuration Groups and click in the description field on a new line and type in the new description
2. Repeat as needed and save changes to complete creating groups

Use the Waste Bin to delete a Group. If it is being used by a creditor then a message with display letting you know it can't be deleted.
