 Last Year; Current Year; Next Year

Select Period No

 Select from drop down list - Period 1 through to Period 12

Select Last Year Comparative

Year to Date or Full Year

Starting Segments 1 through to 6

 Prompts the first record in the database

Ending Segments 1 though to 6

 Prompts the last record in the database

Select Report Style

 Detailed or Summarised
