Splitting Stock on Hand

A stock on hand line can be split numerous times to revalue the stock using Update Cost Price Change form, to apply specific pricing in the SOH > Transactions and to reallocate stock to different bins.

Steps

1.	Inventory Maintenance S.O.H. Form Tab
2.	Select part number from the search window
3.	S.O.H. - number of items still on hand on this inventory line. Double click over this field with the right mouse button and the following message appears:
4.	Type in the number of units required for the new record and OK OR Cancel
5.	Repeat for additional lines as required
6.	Save changes
