A Debtor Statement can also be printed from the Debtor Maintenance record and prints what is currently displayed in the Transactions tab for that customer. The Statement form should be used to print a statement for an individual if an As At date report is required. Report name and printer are setup in the Printer Group attached to the logged in user.
Steps

 Maintenance |
| 2. | Load relevant debtor account from the search window |
| 3. | From the ribbon select Print > Debtor Maintenance Statement |
