Group descriptions for Debtors and Contacts are established to enable analysis and detailed reporting on invoices and aged accounts. The group is added to the Debtors Maintenance record on the Groups tab. Refer to Defining the Form Main for more details on adding a Group to a Debtor.
Steps
1. | Debtors Configuration Groups |

2. | Click in the Description field on a new line and type in the new description |
3. | Repeat as needed and save changes to complete creating groups |
Use the Waste Bin to delete a Group. If it is being used by a debtor, creditor or contact record then a message with display letting you know it can't be deleted.
