Note Types

Creating descriptive Note Types assists in easily identifying ongoing communication with customers and suppliers and helps categorise information that you need to record for historical purposes.

Steps

1.	Relevant Module Configuration Note Types
2.	Click in the blank line and enter in a description. Repeat as required
3.	Set a default note type
4.	Save the changes

Trying to delete a Note Type that is being used warns 'Cannot remove the note type 'xxxxxxxx' - it is in use'. Trying to delete the Default Note Type warns ' Cannot remove the default note type - make another note type the default first'
